Its taking me along time to get this but its so true… Mindful eating is so important - what we put in our mouths is really where it counts.

Though its not just what, it is also how much.

Don't get me wrong - I love pizza and have it just about every week, but this days ill eat three bits at a push rather than the whole pizza followed by something sweet.
